Katie was spotted at the Operacao Valquiria in Rio last night looking like a twig. Someone throw her a cheeseburger with some really greasy fries! Her arms look like you could snap them right in half. You don’t want to get me started on her dress. What ever happened to the Katie we all knew and loved from Dawsons Creek?! KATIE COME BACK!
