MTV bans P Diddy's commercial

The ad for P Diddy’s new fragrance needs some heavy editing before it can be aired. MTV execs are demanding a number of changes to the raunchy commercial.

Wow! If MTV refuses to air it…it must be really nasty!

According to the NY Post:

The TV commercial for Sean Combs’ fragrance, Unforgivable, is too hot - even for cable. The spot shows Combs “going at it” with Jessica Gomez in a stairwell and a hotel room. But after MTV screened the ads, execs sent a list of edits Combs will need to make before censors will allow it to air. The offending footage includes Diddy “hiking up” Gomez’s skirt, putting his hands under her dress, and a scene with another woman holding Gomez’s breast and pulling down her underwear.

Local Lewisville, TX Woman Is Pissed At MTV

A BELEAGUERED receptionist for Horizon Health Sales & Development company in Lewisville, Texas, sent a scathing e-mail to MTV last week after receiving hundreds of calls from Sarah Silverman fans. In response to MTV’s billboards advertising the June 3 MTV Movie Awards - which feature Silverman on a poster with her phone number printed in huge numerals - the employee told MTV, “I have been answering calls for this number for four days . . . many callers have stayed on long enough to express their anger that I am not Sarah Silverman.” MTV insists it isn’t to blame. “The numbers on the billboards are actually 1-877 (not 1-800),” its rep told us. “So please, to help maintain the sanity of the employees at Horizon Health, call 1-877-SARAH07.” When callers reach the right number, they get a recorded message from Silverman and her dog, telling callers they are going to die . . . but not before the MTV Awards.
