Britney Spears is in the Courtroom again, to ask for more visitation right for her to see her sons more. She wants to have the for overnight visits. She passed some drug tests and now she thinks she Is the most wonderful mother in the world. Spears currently has monitored visits during the days with her parenting coach present.

Paris Hilton to Appear in Court and Spiderman won't Save her

Paris Hilton, who pleaded no contest in January to alcohol-related reckless driving in September, is scheduled to appear in court on May 4th 2007 - the same date Spiderman 3 is released, because prosecutors are claiming her February misdemeanor arrest for driving with a suspended license is a violation of her probation. According to TMZ,
In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving — stemming from a September arrest — and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

While Spiderman will busy captivating his audience webs of enemy destruction, the only white ropes I imagine Paris Hilton has the chance of seeing will be distributed by Peter North.
