Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab

The "Mean Girls" star has checked into an undisclosed in-patient facility in Southern California and will stay until her next court date on Oct. 22, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.

It's her fifth rehabilitation stint since 2007 and comes after a judge tossed her in jail Friday for allegedly failing a drug test with cocaine in her system.

Lohan, 24, spent 14 hours behind bars before another judge released her on $300,000 bond.

She faces a possible 30-day sentence if found guilty of a second probation violation in her 2007 misdemeanor conviction for back-to-back DUIs.

Michael Bolton Gets The Boot From “Dancing With The Stars”

On Monday, Michael Bolton performed what was described as the worst jive in "Dancing With the Stars" history. On Tuesday, he was eliminated from the hit ABC show.

Bolton came into Tuesday's episode in last place, earning just 12 points out of 30 for his "Hound Dog"-themed jive with professional partner Chelsie Hightower.

Judge Bruno Tonioli said he hated the dance and thought it was "probably the worst" in the show's 11 seasons.

Judges' scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which couple is ousted each week.

Before learning his fate, Bolton said he thought Tonioli's remarks were "inappropriate and disrespectful."

"Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience up 'til now," the 57-year-old singer said.

Tuesday's episode also aimed to prove that it was the judges, not audience member Sarah Palin, targeted with boos during Monday's show.

Palin had a front-row seat in the ballroom to watch her daughter Bristol perform, and just before host Tom Bergeron sat down to do a brief on-air interview with the former vice-presidential candidate, emphatic boos were heard off camera. Several media outlets and numerous "Dancing" fans online reported that the disapproval was directed at Palin.

Producers contended that the boos were in response to the score of three eights the judges had given to first-place couple Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough. Ten is the highest score judges can give.

Chatting with Grey and Hough on Tuesday, co-host Brooke Burke introduced a clip from Monday's episode that showed the judges bantering with the audience and defending their scores as the crowd booed. Then Bergeron introduced Palin.

"It seems to me, based on that footage, that the audience was booing because they thought you deserved higher scores," Burke said.

"Palin told me before the show that she was surprised by all the controversy because she was booing you guys, too," Bergeron quipped.

Hough and Grey said they were pleased with their scores. Palin was also in the audience Tuesday.

The action-packed episode also included performances by singers Seal and Janelle Monae and a dance performance that featured contortionists, aerialists and a ballerina.

Returning to dance Monday will be actors Grey, Kyle Massey and Florence Henderson; singer-actress Brandy; athletes Kurt Warner and Rick Fox; comedian Margaret Cho; reality stars Audrina Patridge and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino; and Bristol Palin.

You Can See Lindsay Lohan In Her New SCRAM Bracelet For $10,000

Though Lindsay Lohan's previous attempts to sell her first post-jail and rehab story were nixed after her recent brief arrest, the actress isn't giving up hope on making a pretty penny.

According to UsMagazine.com, Lohan has been quietly shopping around a photo of herself wearing her new SCRAM bracelet just days after leaving jail.

"Lindsay Lohan was calling around the [paparazzi] agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet," a source told the mag. "All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency."

"She was pimping it out all weekend, looking for 10 grand," added the source, "but who wants to deal with that headache?"

In August, LiLo was angling to do her first post-jail interview with OK! magazine – for a cool $1 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter. However, that deal never went through.

Katherine Heigl’s Adopted Daughter Smells Up An Entire Flight With Her Poop

Katherine Heigl experienced the pitfalls of motherhood on a recent plane flight when her adopted daughter decided to remind mom why she needs to be potty trained – fast.

The Knocked Up star had to change little Naleigh in the plane's cramped toilet – and the smell from her poop had all the passengers feeling nauseous.

Heigl said, "This is grown-up kind of poo. I'm in this airplane and they didn't have these fold down tables to change her on; it's just a tiny little bathroom. I couldn't put her on the floor. I had to jam her head in the corner and lay her across the toilet and kneel below her and it was brutal. I was like, 'What did you eat?'

"I had to walk back to get her because she was sitting with the nanny and trying to sleep and that whole plane smelled really bad. I had to wake her up because it was just really mean to all the people around her. Now I'm so committed to potty training."

And the actress insists she has the perfect system to make sure her baby learns to go poop properly: "I'm a pro now because I can get it done really quick. I'm very particular about these things.

"I want my husband and the nanny to do it the way I do it and use the same diaper cream because I swear that's what helps her; just the right kind of wipes and diapers. It's very apparent that I'm a control freak, so it's better if I do it myself."

Looks Like Lindsay Lohan Will Get Bail After All

A judge cleared the way for Lindsay Lohan's release from jail on $300,000 bail after the actress challenged a ruling earlier in the day that would have kept her in jail for nearly a month.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg set the amount Friday evening. Schnegg imposed several restrictions on Lohan's release, including that she must wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

The monitor must be in place within 24 hours of her release.

It is unclear when Lohan could be released.

As conditions of bail, Lohan is also prohibited from possessing any controlled substances, must refrain from drinking and must stay out of places where alcohol is primarily sold.

Schnegg's ruling came after Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed a late-afternoon appeal seeking bail for the "Mean Girls" star. Holley had been prohibited from arguing for bail during the Friday morning hearing when Judge Elden Fox ordered the starlet held until an Oct. 22 hearing.

Schnegg's ruling states that defendants are entitled to bail in misdemeanor cases, which applies to Lohan.

District Attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said prosecutors did not oppose Lohan's motion to seek bail.

Lohan was whisked from a Beverly Hills court Friday morning and was at the facility for about eight hours when the order clearing her release was issued.

Fox's decision to jail Lohan came after the "Mean Girls" star failed a court-ordered drug test after being released from rehab last month.

Lohan remains in an isolation unit of a women's jail in suburban Los Angeles, where she spent 14 days after a previous judge determined she violated the terms of her probation.

Janice Dickinson Flashes The World Her Granny Panties

Going out on the town with Janice Dickinson should always make for an interesting evening.

Unfortunately for Jo Wood, it also turned out to be an embarrassing one too as the pair attended a launch party for Kate Moss's new handbag collection last night.

Jo kept her distance – and her head – down as the model decided to give the waiting cameras a flash of her knickers as they arrived at the bash.

The ladies and a male friend were snapped walking down New Bond Street on their way to Kate's party, which was held at the Longchamp store.

The star-studded party was to launch Kate's new and second handbag collection for the bag designer.

As Jo and Janice, both 55, arrived at the event, Janice started playing up for the cameras, playing with her hair and pouting into the lenses
and at first, Jo laughed along with her friend as she larked about outside the party, being her usual attention-seeking self.

But Jo's laughter soon turned to embarrassment and she appeared to falls two steps behind her friend as she began to lift up her skirt.

Jo then was snapped on her own inside the party as Janice continued to play up to the cameras on the red carpet.

Carrie Underwood is Olay Skin Care’s first ever North American celebrity ambassador

The country singer has signed a contract with the cosmetics firm as says it's a dream come true because she has been using the company's products for "at least a decade now".

The 27-year-old beauty: "As a little girl I remember my mom always using the original Olay Beauty Fluid and encouraging my sisters and I to take care of our skin. I love that Olay has managed to change with the times, yet stay in touch with women of all ages who want affordable skin care products that do what they promise."

Carrie will appear in both print and television adverts for Olay's Challenge What's Possible campaign, set to come out later this year.

As well as keep her skincare routine simple, Carrie also didn't want any extravagance when it came to her hairdo for her recent wedding.

Carrie tied the knot with ice hockey player Mike Fisher in July and the bride was keen to have her blonde tresses put up because she didn't want her locks ruined by the heat.

Her make-up artist Melissa Schleicher said of the nuptials at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro: "It was really, really hot and it was raining around 4 o'clock, just before the wedding, so I had to think of the humidity. The hair was a concern so I did kind of an updo. I just it curled it all over and just pieced it up and pinned it with bobby pins all over, real simple."

Britney Spears Former Security Guard Has Filed A Sexual Harrassment Suit Against The Singer

An attorney for Britney Spears' ex-husband called child abuse claims leveled at the singer by a former bodyguard baseless and motivated by money.

Fernando Flores, who worked on the singer's security detail, sued Spears on Wednesday claiming sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. His lawsuit claims Spears repeatedly exposed herself to him and that he witnessed her punish her young sons with his belt and act inappropriately in front of them.

Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press that Flores' accusations had been looked into before the suit was filed and warranted no action. He said Federline takes any allegations of abuse or wrongdoing regarding the former couple's children seriously.

"He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives," Kaplan said. "They are as baseless as they seem."

Federline has custody of the former couple's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but Spears has substantial visitation with the boys.

Kaplan said if Federline believed the children were in danger, he would have stepped in already.

He noted that Flores' lawsuit was leaked to online news outlets before the suit was filed. "I think that the timing of this and the nature of the allegations speak for themselves."

The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages and includes several lurid allegations of Spears allegedly exposing herself to Flores.

Spears' publicist Holly Shakoor did not return e-mail messages seeking comment on the case.

The lawsuit claims that Spears, among other things, exposed herself to Flores and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked.

The bodyguard's employment with Spears appeared to be brief – his court filings state he started working for her in February and had "exhausted his administrative remedies" with a state agency by July.

Flores also sued his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp. A woman who answered the company's phone Wednesday declined to comment and refused to be identified.

Spears remains under a court-ordered conservatorship in which her personal and financial affairs are controlled by her father and an attorney, and monitored by a judge. The conservatorship has prevented Spears from being deposed or testifying during previous cases in which she was sued.

Despite a high-profile custody battle, Spears and Federline reached an agreement in 2008 and neither side has sought changes to the custody arrangement in nearly a year, court records show.

Spencer Apologizes To Heidi

Former "The Hills" star Spencer Pratt is apologizing to his estranged wife, Heidi Montag, for acting out in their breakup.

The two starred on the MTV reality soap, which ended in July. They separated last May after one year of marriage.

Montag cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for separation from Pratt in June. Pratt said he would release a sex tape featuring Montag.

The 27-year-old Pratt tells The Associated Press in an e-mail sent Wednesday the demise of their relationship was so painful he wanted to lash out. He admits making "certain private issues public" and "horribly embarrassing the one person who meant the world to me." He says his behavior was "outrageous and infantile."

Pratt now says he's failed at handling his divorce with dignity and maturity and vows to work on himself.

Kim Kardashian Poses With Two Naked Men For The Cover Of Prestige

Not known for being afraid to show off her body, Kim Kardashian got raunchy with two naked men for a recent photo shoot for Prestige magazine.

Kim wore a cleavage-baring spiked dress while her two hunky male companions sandwiched the star wearing nothing at all.

The reality show queen tweeted to her fans, 'This might be one of my most risque covers to date!'

The men look toned and sexy but Kardashian appears to be more interested in staring into the camera than the hot bodies on either side of her.

Kim was probably trying to keep her distance as her love life has been a bit of a roller-coaster of late.

She recently bought a stunning $4.8million house in Beverly Hills with the intention of living in it with then boyfriend Reggie Bush but they split up weeks after the purchase.

Kardashian is now reportedly dating Dallas Cowboys' Miles Austin who is said to be a rival of her ex Reggie – who's also an NFL player.

On the new series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim's mom Kris Jenner is making it a mission to find Kim a husband.

With sister Khloe married to basketball star Lamar Odom and Kourtney now mother to baby Mason, Kris thinks that at 29-years-old Kim might end up on the shelf but Kim is trying not to feel the pressure from her mom.

'I think she's really anxious and probably way more anxious than I am for me to settle down. At my age, she already had four kids…I don't feel any pressure.

'Now is the one time in my life I can be 100% selfish. I'm not married, I don't have kids, I can focus on my career. But Kim already knows she wants a big family one day.

'I definitely want kids and I want four kids, for sure. But I need to find a husband first!'

Kim has admitted that she prefers being in a relationship because she finds dating a daunting prospect.

'I don't like dating. I hate it. I don't like meeting new people. The hardest part is trying to figure out if someone's genuine – if they want to be with you for you.'

Lady Gaga was hospitalized six times last year because of her extreme dieting

The 'Bad Romance' singer's former tour manager, David Ciemny, claims she would binge on junk food such as cakes and sweets, then not eat for weeks to fit into her costumes – once losing 20lbs between fittings for one of her outfits.

Describing her condition, David says in Maureen Callahan's new book 'Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga': "When I say she was sick, I mean physically and mentally."

Talent scout Wendy Starland added: "The pressure on her to lose weight was very high."

Also in the book, David's wife Angela claims she used to accompany Gaga on tour alongside her husband, and the 'Paparazzi' singer would cuddle up to her in bed before performances.

She said: "I would say, 'Gaga, I have a husband to go home to. I'll be in the room next door.'

"She'd call and text me, 'I miss you, Ange, can you come back?' So I would.

"We literally would do our make-up together every morning and get ready for bed together at night."

Despite six hospital stints last year, the 24-year-old star's health problems have continued into 2010, with her being forced to cancel four US shows in January suffering from an irregular heartbeat, brought on by exhaustion. She also broke down in New Zealand in March and has recently tested "borderline positive" for Lupus, a tissue disease which killed her aunt.

Gaga has previously admitted to being "insecure", but claims she hides behind her onstage persona.

She said: "When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl. Then I say, 'B***h, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today."
