Paraguay’s Larissa Riquelme Fulfills Couraegeous World Cup Promise, Gets Nakey

She's been making headlines ever since she arrived at a public viewing of Paraguay's first World Cup clash with Italy.

Paraguayan model Larissa Riquelme captured the hearts and imaginations of football fans all over the world with her sexy antics while watching her national side in South Africa.

Much to the delight of photographers - and all red-blooded males - the 24-year-old turned out in a patriotic low-cut top with a mobile phone wedged between her breasts.

Initially, Riquelme promised to strip naked and run naked through the streets of Asuncion, painted in her team's colours if they won the whole tournament.

Yet the real drama was that Larissa may not have stripped off at all.

But in honour of the player's efforts, taking their side so far, she decided to treat the nation anyway.

And we're all very glad she decided to show such generosity.

Never missing a game and showing great lung capacity to scream her support all the way through her team's matches, the model has been dubbed 'the World Cup’s girlfriend.'

Riquelme has admitted that her efforts were an attempt to enhance her profile and grab attention from modeling industry.

Cheryl Cole has been transferred to a hospital for tropical diseases to be treated for malaria

Cheryl Cole has been transferred to a specialist hospital to be treated for malaria.

The ‘Fight for This Love’ singer – who was recently struck down with the tropical disease after apparently being bitten by a mosquito while holidaying in Tanzania with close pal Derek Hough – has reportedly been admitted to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases at University College London so medical experts can deal with the illness before it gets too serious.

A source close to the star told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “She really is very poorly indeed and doctors weren’t taking any chances. Intensive care was their best option when they saw what condition she was in. She is now in the best place for her with the best experts in the field to look after her.

“Cheryl is in a real battle but she is nothing but a fighter.”

The 27-year-old pop beauty is believed to have spent three days in intensive care at London’s private Cromwell Hospital after being diagnosed with the illness on Sunday.

She was then transferred to the specialist unit and the disease is said to have “really taken a hold” on the Girls Aloud star.

A spokesman for Cheryl confirmed: “It is a lot more serious than first thought. Everyone thought she would pull through after 24 hours but there have been no signs of improvement. She is very ill and will not be out of hospital for a while. Everyone is holding their breath.

“Because of her hectic schedule, the malaria has really taken a hold. She has not got the physical strength to beat it.”

Cheryl has been forced to pull out of her role as a judge on Simon Cowell’s pop star search show ‘The X Factor’ until further notice.

This weekend Simon and fellow judge Louis Walsh will be joined by Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger for the Manchester auditions.

Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, had two secret children by two women

Simon Monjack’s death just got a little more mysterious.

It turns out Brittany Murphy’s husband, who was found dead on May 24 just five months after his wife, had two children from previous relationships.

The 39-year-old’s secret brood was discovered after Monjack’s family went through his computer.

Monjack’s mother, brother and therapist took the screenwriter’s laptop after staying with Murphy’s mom at his house last week.

They found emails from two women asking Monjack for child support.

According to website TMZ.com, the screenwriter had a daughter by one woman and a son by another.

Murphy reportedly filed a theft report with police after discovering her son-in-law’s property had gone AWOL.

Meanwhile, Monjack’s family has passed the computer on to investigators, who are now reviewing its contents.

Monjack was found dead in the same Los Angeles home where his wife, actress Brittany Murphy, had died. He appeared to have passed away from a heart attack after delaying surgery to repair a heart condition.

Coroner’s officials won’t be releasing Monjack’s official cause of death for weeks pending toxicology reports.

Murphy died on December 20 at the age of 32 from pneumonia complicated by iron deficiency, anemia and drug intoxication.

Upon his wishes, Monjack was laid to rest next to his wife at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills.

Britney Spears has been accused of sexually harassing her body guard

Former policeman Fernando Flores, 29, has quit his job as the pop superstar’s head bodyguard after the mother-of-two allegedly paraded around naked in front of him on numerous occasions.

Flores is now reportedly considering a sexual harassment lawsuit against the ‘Toxic’ singer.

A friend of the father-of-two said: “She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn’t reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action.

“Working for Britney is tough. She’s a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff.”

The situation had increasingly become “unbearable” for Flores, but he was finally motivated to quit when he was blamed by Britney’s father Jamie for the singer going out without any underwear.

The pal explained: “Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became unbearable.

“It was embarrassing to tell her to put on underwear. Some guys would do it but others were too ashamed.”

The brunette actress – who recently split from her husband Jesse James over claims he had cheated on her several times – locked lips with the blonde beauty whilst accepting the Generation Award at the MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, California yesterday, before admitting she was desperate for her life to return to normal.

After grabbing Scarlett, 25, in a passionate embrace, Sandra quipped to the crowd: “Now that we have done that, can we please go back to normal – because therapy is really expensive. Go back to making fun of me, I don’t care, it’s time to get back to normal.”

Although thrilled to accept the award, Sandra was uncertain whether she was honored with the prize because for her entertaining personality, or her personal problems.

“Did I win this because of the spectacular I.E.D. explosion that became my personal life?”

Anna Paquin has revealed that she never intended to keep her bisexuality under wraps

The “True Blood” star, who is engaged to co-star Stephen Moyer, crashed a gay rights Web site earlier this year when she came out as a bisexual in one of their PSAs.

“It wasn’t like it was a big secret,” she told Zap2it.com. “It was just a cause I cared about and privately supported, but not one that I had ever had an opportunity to speak out about in a way that would be useful.”

Paquin’s video, part of True Colors First’s “Give a Damn” campaign, premiered April 1 and attracted so much traffic that wegiveadamn.org was forced to invest in additional servers to handle the load.

The 27-year-old star appeared on-camera and simply said, “I’m Anna Paquin. I’m bisexual, and I give a damn.”

The spot also featured celebrities such as Cyndi Lauper, Elton John and Whoopi Goldberg speaking out for equality.

“I’m not someone who endlessly talks about her personal life for no reason,” Paquin added to Zap2it.com, “but obviously, as someone who identifies as bisexual, those are issues I really care about – and frankly, I don’t see why everyone doesn’t care about them.”

The ‘3′ singer – who is still under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears following her widely-publicised breakdown in 2007 – has been warned she needs to improve her public image which is why he has imposed the bra rule and threatened to sack any member of her security who lets her slip out without underwear on.

A friend said: “Jamie’s control over Britney’s life is incredible. He hates the pictures of her with her nipples all over the place so he has banned her from leaving the house without a bra. He wants her to put across the right impression. One security guard is told he is close to getting fired because he lets her go out without her bra.”

The 57-year-old patriarch – who has control of the singer’s finances – has also been deemed responsible for the end of the pop star’s relationship with 38-year-old talent agent Jason Trawick, who she split with at the end of February.

The friend added to The Sun newspaper: “It was also Jamie who made her split with Jason. He likes Jason but their relationship was too intense and volatile. Back in 2008, Lindsay Lohan stole an $11,000 fur coat from a private party at New York's 1Oak restaurant. Well as you know, nothing goes better with a stolen fur coat than a nice stolen watch. I just can't believe it took her this long to get one. From TMZ:

Lindsay Lohan has been named a suspect in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. We're told the watch belongs to one of Lindsay's "friends," who accidentally left it at Lindsay's house earlier this year -- and never got it back.

But sources tell us that cops have photographic evidence which could prove Lindsay knows exactly where the Rolex went. We're told cops rolled over to Lohan's pad Wednesday to question the actress about the Rolex -- but Lindsay denied any involvement in the theft.
