The Betty Ford Center Has Cut Off Lindsay Lohans Email And Twitter

While in rehab at the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan is also getting therapy for her addiction to e-mail and Twitter.

Sources tell us she's "only allowed to use her phone for two hours a day, and only to keep in touch with family and close friends."

The source added, "Before, she would repeatedly and compulsively e-mail her friends if she was ever in a situation where she felt lonely, and she would vent on Twitter."

Distancing her from her phone, a common policy at Betty Ford, "allows her to concentrate on herself," the source added. Meanwhile, Lindsay's mom, Dina, is getting a helping hand from Kim Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner.

A source said, "Kris has been offering support and had Dina stay with her in LA when Lindsay appeared in court. Kim has also struck up a friendship with Lindsay, and because Kim doesn't party, doesn't touch drugs and doesn't really drink, they hope she'll be a good influence."

Dana Delaney Talks Botox and Eating Disorders

Prevention Magazine's November cover star, Dana Delaney talks about her bad experience with Botox, dealing with serious eating issues and more. Issue is on newsstands now!!!! Interview highlights below:
On her botched Botox:
"Seven years ago, I had never heard of Botox. My dermatologist was saying "You should try it." He injected my forehead, hit a nerve, and created a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since. It affected the muscle in my right eye, so my eye has started to droop a little bit."
On her bad health habits:
"When I was a teenager and in my twenties, I had eating issues. I binged. I starved. I was one step from anorexia—a piece of toast and an apple would be all I would eat in a day."
On plastic surgery and the Hollywood actresses that keep it natural:
"I won't do it, no."
"My hat's off to Jamie Lee Curtis. She's so smart, and she doesn't dye her hair or anything. And Meryl Streep still looks like herself. Diane Keaton, too. I think the really great actresses don't worry about that kind of thing."
On dancing with the cast of "Glee":
"I was recently in London doing press, and the cast from "Glee" was there, and I sort of became an honorary "Glee" member. We all went out dancing at a nightclub, which was the most fun in the world!"
"It cracked me up because all these kids just love Eighties music, and I was around in the Eighties, so I don't like it as much as they do."
On death:
"So I think I have a pretty good relationship with death. Ever since I was a little kid, it wasn't something I feared."

Courtney Love Shares Nearly Naked Pics Of Herself On Twitter

Courtney Love has a habit of spilling her secrets on Twitter, but this time the rocker shared a bit too much with fans.
In a series of racy photos posted online last week, Love, 46, can be seen showing off every inch of her body.
In one shot, the nearly-naked singer lounges in a chair with her eyes closed, her arms crossed over her chest to cover herself.
In another photo, she poses provocatively in underwear and tights, playing with her sweater as she stares into her reflection in a mirror.
Love, lead singer of the band Hole and widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, is an avid Twitter user.
With over 60,000 followers, Love often takes to the social media site to post pictures of herself, share links, or write rambling rants, some aimed at her daughter Francis Bean Cobain who she attacked in August for "trying to desperatly to [sic] ruin my life."
Love lost custody of her daughter in 2009, when Frances Bean was placed in the temporary care of her grandmother Wendy O'Connor (Kurt Cobain's mother) and her aunt.
The rock star had been making a comeback in recent months, releasing a new album with her band and hitting the town looking glamorous at the New York premiere of "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" and the "New Yorkers For Children" gala.
Her Twitter profile picture is a bit more demure in keeping with that new look, and shows the star looking casual and soft in a loose sweater and thigh-high boots.
When asked how she got into such great shape, the former drug addict told UsMagazine.com last week she is making a concerted effort to take care of herself these days, regularly "running and doing anti-gravity yoga."
"I'm in a love thing," she told Us. "Loving myself, foremost – trying anyway – and chanting as always."

Katherine Heigl smokes electronic cigarettes

The 'Life As We Know It' actress has managed to not smoke a real tobacco-filled cigarette in six months thanks to the devices, which help ease nicotine cravings, and now believes that smoking "sucks".
She said: "I use an electronic cigarette. I know it's ridiculous, but it's helping me not to actually smoke real cigarettes. You feel like you are smoking, and you get to exhale but it's just water vapor and not nicotine. I've been doing it for six months. Smoking sucks!"
The 31-year-old actress – who has adopted 20-month-old daughter Naleigh with husband Josh Kelley – believes she wants to set a good example to her child by not smoking, as she believes its a "stupid thing".
She said: "The one thing I would say to my kid is, 'It's not just that it's bad for you. Do you want to spend the rest of your life fighting a stupid addiction to a stupid thing that doesn't even really give you a good buzz?' "
Discussing her husband Josh – who she married in 2007 – she admits he finds it difficult to watch her undertake kissing scenes on films and would not come on the set of 'Life As We Know It' when she had to get passionate with her co-star Josh Duhamel.
She added to Parade magazine: "Actually, he and Josh Duhamel are good friends, but he would never come to the set when Josh and had to like kiss or make out. It does make him uncomfortable because he's not an actor, he's a musician.
"He always says to me, 'How would you feel if I had to make out with some girl in a video?' And I'm like, 'If you have to do it, you have to do it. But I wouldn't want you to come home and tell me what a great kisser she is and I should try her technique.' "

Britney Spears celebrated her ‘Glee’ episode with a pink TV shaped cake

Britney Spears made a cameo appearance on the hit US show this week, and the episode paid homage to the pop superstar's biggest hits.
Heather Morris, who played the cheerleader 'Brittany S Pearce', performed 'I'm A Slave 4 U', recreating the performance that Spears gave at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2001. Britney tweeted throughout the show and seemed to approve, saying, "Awww Heather Morris is sooo cute! Brittany S Pearce. Ha! She was so fun to work with and was really sweet in person". Lea Michele, who plays 'Rachel', also tackled one of Britney's hit songs, singing 'Hit Me Baby One More Time'.
Britney later posted a picture of a pink TV-shaped cake which she'd been given to congratulate her on the episode, and she added the message, "I loved it! Thank you guys SO much for making this happen!" The show drew an estimated 13.5 million viewers, making it the second most-watched episode of 'Glee' ever, however, UK fans will have to wait a little longer to see the episode, with the new series set to air on E4 in January 2011.

Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab

The "Mean Girls" star has checked into an undisclosed in-patient facility in Southern California and will stay until her next court date on Oct. 22, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.

It's her fifth rehabilitation stint since 2007 and comes after a judge tossed her in jail Friday for allegedly failing a drug test with cocaine in her system.

Lohan, 24, spent 14 hours behind bars before another judge released her on $300,000 bond.

She faces a possible 30-day sentence if found guilty of a second probation violation in her 2007 misdemeanor conviction for back-to-back DUIs.

Michael Bolton Gets The Boot From “Dancing With The Stars”

On Monday, Michael Bolton performed what was described as the worst jive in "Dancing With the Stars" history. On Tuesday, he was eliminated from the hit ABC show.

Bolton came into Tuesday's episode in last place, earning just 12 points out of 30 for his "Hound Dog"-themed jive with professional partner Chelsie Hightower.

Judge Bruno Tonioli said he hated the dance and thought it was "probably the worst" in the show's 11 seasons.

Judges' scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which couple is ousted each week.

Before learning his fate, Bolton said he thought Tonioli's remarks were "inappropriate and disrespectful."

"Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience up 'til now," the 57-year-old singer said.

Tuesday's episode also aimed to prove that it was the judges, not audience member Sarah Palin, targeted with boos during Monday's show.

Palin had a front-row seat in the ballroom to watch her daughter Bristol perform, and just before host Tom Bergeron sat down to do a brief on-air interview with the former vice-presidential candidate, emphatic boos were heard off camera. Several media outlets and numerous "Dancing" fans online reported that the disapproval was directed at Palin.

Producers contended that the boos were in response to the score of three eights the judges had given to first-place couple Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough. Ten is the highest score judges can give.

Chatting with Grey and Hough on Tuesday, co-host Brooke Burke introduced a clip from Monday's episode that showed the judges bantering with the audience and defending their scores as the crowd booed. Then Bergeron introduced Palin.

"It seems to me, based on that footage, that the audience was booing because they thought you deserved higher scores," Burke said.

"Palin told me before the show that she was surprised by all the controversy because she was booing you guys, too," Bergeron quipped.

Hough and Grey said they were pleased with their scores. Palin was also in the audience Tuesday.

The action-packed episode also included performances by singers Seal and Janelle Monae and a dance performance that featured contortionists, aerialists and a ballerina.

Returning to dance Monday will be actors Grey, Kyle Massey and Florence Henderson; singer-actress Brandy; athletes Kurt Warner and Rick Fox; comedian Margaret Cho; reality stars Audrina Patridge and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino; and Bristol Palin.

You Can See Lindsay Lohan In Her New SCRAM Bracelet For $10,000

According to UsMagazine.com, Lohan has been quietly shopping around a photo of herself wearing her new SCRAM bracelet just days after leaving jail.

"Lindsay Lohan was calling around the [paparazzi] agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet," a source told the mag. "All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency."

"She was pimping it out all weekend, looking for 10 grand," added the source, "but who wants to deal with that headache?"

In August, LiLo was angling to do her first post-jail interview with OK! magazine – for a cool $1 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter. However, that deal never went through.

Katherine Heigl’s Adopted Daughter Smells Up An Entire Flight With Her Poop

Katherine Heigl experienced the pitfalls of motherhood on a recent plane flight when her adopted daughter decided to remind mom why she needs to be potty trained – fast.

The Knocked Up star had to change little Naleigh in the plane's cramped toilet – and the smell from her poop had all the passengers feeling nauseous.

Heigl said, "This is grown-up kind of poo. I'm in this airplane and they didn't have these fold down tables to change her on; it's just a tiny little bathroom. I couldn't put her on the floor. I had to jam her head in the corner and lay her across the toilet and kneel below her and it was brutal. I was like, 'What did you eat?'

"I had to walk back to get her because she was sitting with the nanny and trying to sleep and that whole plane smelled really bad. I had to wake her up because it was just really mean to all the people around her. Now I'm so committed to potty training."

And the actress insists she has the perfect system to make sure her baby learns to go poop properly: "I'm a pro now because I can get it done really quick. I'm very particular about these things.

"I want my husband and the nanny to do it the way I do it and use the same diaper cream because I swear that's what helps her; just the right kind of wipes and diapers. It's very apparent that I'm a control freak, so it's better if I do it myself."

Looks Like Lindsay Lohan Will Get Bail After All

A judge cleared the way for Lindsay Lohan's release from jail on $300,000 bail after the actress challenged a ruling earlier in the day that would have kept her in jail for nearly a month.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg set the amount Friday evening. Schnegg imposed several restrictions on Lohan's release, including that she must wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

The monitor must be in place within 24 hours of her release.

It is unclear when Lohan could be released.

As conditions of bail, Lohan is also prohibited from possessing any controlled substances, must refrain from drinking and must stay out of places where alcohol is primarily sold.

Schnegg's ruling came after Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed a late-afternoon appeal seeking bail for the "Mean Girls" star. Holley had been prohibited from arguing for bail during the Friday morning hearing when Judge Elden Fox ordered the starlet held until an Oct. 22 hearing.

Schnegg's ruling states that defendants are entitled to bail in misdemeanor cases, which applies to Lohan.

District Attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said prosecutors did not oppose Lohan's motion to seek bail.

Lohan was whisked from a Beverly Hills court Friday morning and was at the facility for about eight hours when the order clearing her release was issued.

Fox's decision to jail Lohan came after the "Mean Girls" star failed a court-ordered drug test after being released from rehab last month.

Lohan remains in an isolation unit of a women's jail in suburban Los Angeles, where she spent 14 days after a previous judge determined she violated the terms of her probation.
